Joan Suau knows the waters of Mallorca and Pollença like the back of his hand. He is 49 years old and has already been a fisherman for 27 years. He is the skipper of L'Avançada, a modern 9.30-meter-long fishing boat. L'Avançada is the only boat in Port de Pollença integrated into the Majorcan platform Fishingtrip, which allows its clients, all tourists, to go professional fishing, feeling like sailors for a day.
