Beatriz will lead you on a guided tour of the fishing port, where you will learn about the different fishing techniques and you will witness the landing of the fish. You will then visit the fish market and witness the live fish auction. And a very special surprise for those who love cooking: from the Sea to the Table. You will be able to buy the fish at the fish market auction and a local chef will show you how to prepare it and cook tasty dishes in an authentic cooking workshop. A show cooking in which you will have prepared a "suquet de peix" (traditional fish soup from Villajoyosa), white prawns, seafood and two traditional tapas, which you will be able to taste in this specialised fish restaurant, completely free of charge as it is included in the price of this original Fishingtrip excursion which takes place every Friday of the year.
